Absolutely. We have extensive experience with Canada-US cross-border freight. Our drivers hold FAST credentials, and we handle all customs documentation (ACI, PAPS, commercial invoices). We regularly deliver to Washington, Oregon, and beyond. Ask us about your specific cross-border needs.
Delivery times depend on distance and route. For local runs (within the Lower Mainland), we usually deliver same-day or next-day. For intra-province (BC to Alberta), expect 1–2 days. Cross-border to Washington typically takes 1–2 days. Expedited service is available – just mention your deadline when booking.
Yes. We use GPS tracking on all our trucks. Upon request, we can provide real-time updates or a direct tracking link so you know exactly where your freight is. Just ask your dispatcher when you book the load.
We accept EFT, wire transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and cheques for account customers. Payment terms are typically net 15 or net 30 for approved accounts. Fuel card payments (Comdata, EFS) are also accepted for certain arrangements. Contact us to set up convenient billing.
